The campaign Save Bulgarian Products was launched on 10 December 2012, Terra Madre Day. It asked the readers of Menu 21
magazine to share their memories about forgotten Bulgarian foods. Apart from the online campaign, Menu magazine also regularly publishes articles about artisanal Bulgarian foods and publicizes the events organized by SF Bulgaria, including those funded by ESSEDRA.
